
National Institute for Bioprocessing Research & Training NIBRT (National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training) is a globally recognised centre of excellence with expertise in bioprocessing, manufacturing science, and workforce development across biologics and advanced therapeutics. NIBRT works with academic, clinical, and industry partners to address challenges in process development, analytical characterisation, and manufacturing translation. Its work spans recombinant proteins and other biologics, as well as advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), with particular strength in areas relevant to cell, gene, and RNA therapies. Through CONCEPT, NIBRT’s national facility for advanced therapeutics, the institute supports the development of next-generation therapies by providing infrastructure and expertise for process optimisation, analytical development, and translational research.
